Now, they’re looking for a Precision Assembly Technician to help themscale.
The Role
This is a highly specialised, detail-driven role—ideal for someone who thrives on precision. You’ll assemble critical audio components that power their production machines, working to extremely tight tolerances.
The work has been compared to watchmaking, jewellery-making, or fine technical assembly, requiring patience, dexterity, and accuracy above all else.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble precision audio components to detailed technical specifications
Inspect and verify component quality throughout the assembly process
Use precision tools such as micrometers, dial gauges, and feeler gauges
Identify and escalate any defects or deviations
Maintain accurate records (serials, measurements, tolerances)
Work closely with installation teams to integrate components into machines
Support ongoing improvements to assembly processes and documentation
Maintain a clean, organised, and controlled workspace
About You
You are meticulous, methodical, and take pride in producing high-quality, precise work.
Essential:
Experience in precision manual assembly (e.g., watchmaking, medical devices, jewellery, fine engineering)
Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
Comfortable using precision tools and magnification equipment
Able to interpret technical drawings and work to tight tolerances
Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality over speed
Strong record-keeping discipline
Nice to Have:
Mechanical engineering or machining background
Experience with audio product assembly/testing
Understanding of quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001)

This is a fully onsite role, 5 days per week, working within our specialised production environment.
