Our client is a fast-growing, market-leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality wiring, lighting, cable management, and electrical installation accessories, supplying the UK electrical wholesale and retail/DIY markets.

They are looking for a driven and commercially minded Product Manager to take ownership of their Cable Management & Installation Materials categories, working across their well-established TTE and Tower brands.

This is a key role offering real ownership—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to shape product strategy and growth.

The Role

As Product Manager, you will lead the end-to-end strategy and performance of your product categories, working collaboratively across product development, marketing, sales, and commercial teams to drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver product strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle management (cradle to grave)
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes
  • Identify opportunities to expand and enhance the product portfolio
  • Manage and coordinate all product marketing collateral and communications
  • Lead new product launches and promotional campaigns
  • Optimise product pricing strategies based on market conditions
  • Support sales teams to maximise product performance and opportunities
  • Deliver product training and insights to internal stakeholders

About You

You’re a proactive, analytical Product Manager with strong commercial awareness and a passion for delivering results.

  • 5+ years’ experience in a Product Management role
  • Proven track record of managing and growing product categories
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills

Factory Manager

General Manager We are seeking a General Manager to provide overall management responsibility. This role involves leading the site operations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to ensure efficiency and compliance with all health, safety, and environmental policies. Day-to-day of the role: Manage and organise site production activities from raw materials to finished products efficiently and in line with production plans. Account for packaging, finished goods, and wastage while ensuring all procedures comply with the company quality system. Maintain and develop formal documented systems as required for business operations. Implement and manage KPIs for effective reporting and management. Promote cost reduction and continuous improvement in manufacturing efficiencies and product quality. Liaise with various departments to ensure cohesive operations. Oversee safety performance, maintain high standards of housekeeping, and conduct risk assessments. Manage people-related responsibilities including recruitment, appraisals, and disciplinary proceedings. Plan and organise resources effectively, ensuring coverage for holidays and sickness. Handle customer and regulatory enquiries, site visits, and audits efficiently. Identify and develop business cases for investment in plant and machinery. Manage relationships with shift managers, production planners, engineers, and other key personnel to ensure standards are met. Schedule and oversee factory trials and support new initiatives from the technical and product development teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: Extensive management experience, ideally within the food or drink industry. Experience in a labour-intensive, multi-shift environment. Proficient in P&L management. Qualifications in food technology and mechanical engineering (HNC/HND or equivalent) are preferable. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a team.
