We are recruiting for Trainee Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Scunthorpe, supporting a variety of short-term placements designed to build your confidence, skills and experience within the classroom.

This role is ideal for individuals looking to take their first step into education, whether you have prior experience working with children or come from a care or support work background. You will gain valuable hands-on experience across different school settings, working alongside experienced staff and supporting pupils with their learning and development.

As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will assist teachers in delivering lessons, support pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis and help maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
