We are seeking a dedicated Teacher to join our dynamic team at a school in Romford, starting on the 1st of June. This role is ideal for a passionate educator who is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and fostering a positive learning environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.
Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback.
Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school.
Participate in department and school meetings, parent meetings.
Update all necessary records accurately and completely as required by laws, district policies, and school regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven experience as a teacher.
Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices and legal educational guidelines partnered with a willingness to follow the school’s policies and procedures.
Excellent communicability and interpersonal skills.
Well-organized and committed.
Creative and energetic.
Strong moral values and discipline.
