We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Parts Sales Advisor to join our team in Bristol. This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You will play a key part in supporting customers, resolving parts-related queries, and driving sales within a busy parts department.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert advice, support, and guidance to customers on parts enquiries
Identify truck, van, or coach parts accurately and efficiently
Resolve complex parts-related queries in a timely and professional manner
Promote and maximise parts sales opportunities within the branch
Ensure optimal stock levels to support smooth department operations
Maintain accurate records and ensure all associated paperwork is up to date
Deliver high levels of customer service at all times
About You
Experience working in a busy parts environment
Background within the truck, automotive, or commercial vehicle industry (preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive approach with a focus on customer service and sales growth
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Confident administrator with the ability to manage multiple tasks
