About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Commercial Property Lawyer to join our growing Commercial Property team based in North Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer, or Newly Qualified Lawyer seeking to build their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.
You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters while delivering a high-quality, responsive service to clients. The role offers hybrid working and the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals on a broad range of transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
Handle commercial sales and acquisitions
Advise clients on landlord and tenant matters
Manage commercial refinancing transactions
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Commercial Property Law and related legislation
Achieve annual fee earning and chargeable hour targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Cross-sell services across the firm where appropriate
Ensure cases are progressed efficiently and in line with firm procedures and compliance standards
Bill matters promptly and assist with the recovery of outstanding balances
Support business development activities and help grow the firm’s client base
Maintain high professional and client care standards at all times
About You
Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer
Newly Qualified Lawyers will be considered
Experience within commercial property matters
Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships
