Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to identify employer needs and translate them into effective solutions. Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven. Desirable: Experience working within apprenticeships, training, or further education. Existing network within construction employers. Understanding of funding or workforce development initiatives.
