We're seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join a growing and ambitious financial planning business in Aberdeen.
In this key role, you'll support Advisers and Paraplanners, manage client cases, liaise with providers, and help deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the financial planning journey.

- Experience in financial planning, wealth management, or financial services
- Strong administration and case management skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, client-focused approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
