Day-to-day of the role:

  • Work in partnership with partners and other professionals to deliver effective services and positive outcomes for tenants and communities.
  • Promote resident engagement and empowerment, and develop partnership working.
  • Utilise a problem-solving and flexible approach when working with tenants and customers, aiming for positive outcomes and using mediation skills to handle difficult situations.
  • Collaborate with the Housing Manager/Services Manager and other Housing Officers to monitor, analyse, and deliver improvements across all relevant performance indicator areas to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare professional and clearly written communications for colleagues, partners, and customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
