Are you a proven sales leader in the energy sector ready to step into a high-impact, international role?

We’re working with a leading global renewable energy business to hire a Head of Sales – Northern Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead growth across a key region, selling high-value asset management services across wind, solar, battery storage and hydrogen.

🚀 The opportunity

You’ll take ownership of driving new business and leading a regional sales team, focused on securing long-term contracts with asset owners, funds, and utilities.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role where you’ll:

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Managers across Northern Europe
  • Own and deliver against regional revenue and pipeline targets
  • Build key relationships with investors, utilities and major energy clients
  • Win and negotiate complex, high-value contracts
  • Work cross-functionally with technical, finance and operational teams
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities across O&M, digital and advisory services

Expect a blend of strategy, leadership and front-line sales delivery.

Essential:

  • Proven experience in as Head of Sales
  • Background in the energy sector (renewables strongly preferred)

  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, credible used to working with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly for leading a team
  • Strong Numerical analysis skills for developing cost models
  • Preferably experience with Asset Management

Desirable:

  • Experience in renewables (wind, solar, storage)
  • Exposure to tendering, bids and long-term service contracts
