About the Role
We are working with a high-performing, values-driven secondary school in West London to recruit a Graduate Intern – Pastoral Administrator.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in education, student support, and school operations within a supportive and community-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the pastoral team
Assist with student wellbeing, behaviour tracking, and safeguarding processes
Support attendance monitoring and follow-up actions
Act as a key point of contact for students, parents, and staff
Help coordinate pastoral initiatives and student support programmes
Maintain accurate records and contribute to reporting
About You
A recent graduate (or equivalent experience) with an interest in education
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine interest in supporting young people and their development
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Minimum requirements:
GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above, or equivalent)
