Graduate Intern – Pastoral Administrator

Location: West London
Start Date: August 2026
Contract: Full-time, Fixed Term

About the Role

We are working with a high-performing, values-driven secondary school in West London to recruit a Graduate Intern – Pastoral Administrator.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in education, student support, and school operations within a supportive and community-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the pastoral team
  • Assist with student wellbeing, behaviour tracking, and safeguarding processes
  • Support attendance monitoring and follow-up actions
  • Act as a key point of contact for students, parents, and staff
  • Help coordinate pastoral initiatives and student support programmes
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to reporting

About You

  • A recent graduate (or equivalent experience) with an interest in education
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine interest in supporting young people and their development
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Minimum requirements:

  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above, or equivalent)
