Reed Practice is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly respected accountancy firm in Suffolk to recruit a Client Portfolio Manager. This new position forms part of the firm's succession planning strategy and offers a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, professional, and highly organised team.
The firm is enjoying a sustained period of growth, with a strong influx of new clients following consolidation within the local market. Alongside this growth, the Partners are committed to developing the next generation of leaders who will help shape the future of the practice.
The team combines a broad range of experience and backgrounds, from AAT trainees and graduates through to Big Four-trained qualified professionals, creating a collaborative and supportive working environment.
The Opportunity
This role will evolve to allow you to eventually take ownership of a diverse portfolio while working closely with experienced senior colleagues. You'll have the opportunity to build strong client relationships, gain a thorough understanding of their businesses, and become a trusted adviser.
As your knowledge of the portfolio and confidence within the firm grows, you'll be given the autonomy to manage your clients in a way that aligns with both their needs and the firm's values.
