📍 Central London (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home)
💰 £60,000 - £70,000 pro rata + Excellent Benefits

Reed is partnering with a leading UK provider of housing and property-related services to recruit two Senior Management Accountants on a 6-month FTC.

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will play a key role in delivering budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across a portfolio of operational contracts. Working closely with senior stakeholders and budget holders, you'll provide commercial insight, challenge assumptions and help drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
• Build detailed, bottom-up budgets and financial models.
• Partner with operational teams to translate business plans into financial forecasts.
• Provide analysis, challenge assumptions and identify key risks and opportunities.
• Deliver scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
• Support cash flow, margin forecasting and financial reporting.
• Drive improvements to budgeting processes, controls and reporting.

About You

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Strong management accounting, budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Excellent financial modelling and Excel skills.
• Proven business partnering experience with non-finance stakeholders.
• Commercially minded, analytical and highly detail-oriented.
• Experience within housing, facilities management, outsourcing or contract services would be advantageous.
