Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with 8+ years post-qualification experience. Experience as a Finance Director or Senior Finance Manager in a multi-site retail, distribution or motor factor environment. Strong commercial mindset with an understanding of price-sensitive B2B markets. Advanced financial analysis skills, focusing on site-level profitability and performance metrics. Strong systems integration experience, particularly with ERP implementations and multi-site reporting platforms.
