We are looking for an experienced Facilities / Health & Safety professional to support a school’s operations team on a short-term basis with an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure health & safety compliance across the school site
Support statutory areas (fire, asbestos, water hygiene, etc.)
Centralise and manage compliance documentation
Assist with rollout of a new facilities management system
Review and improve H&S processes and policies
Work closely with the Director of Operations on estates and compliance
Requirements
Experience in facilities or estates management + H&S
Strong understanding of school or public sector compliance
Able to work independently with no line management responsibilities
Available immediately, full-time on-site
Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) required
Ideal Candidate
Background in school estates or compliance
Strong at organising systems, processes, and documentation
Comfortable in a hands-on, short-term project role
