We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Facilities Administrator to support a busy school trust based across multiple sites in North London.
This role will involve supporting the estates and facilities team with administrative tasks, including managing maintenance requests, updating systems (such as IAMCompliant), liaising with contractors, and maintaining compliance records.
Key duties:
Logging and tracking maintenance issues
Updating facilities and compliance systems
Assisting with reports and documentation
Handling emails and calls related to site issues
Requirements:
Previous administration experience (ideally within schools or facilities)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using IT systems
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
Full-time, temporary position
Immediate start available.
