In this role, you will verify the conformity of component parts and assemblies, ensuring that all products meet the required standards and specifications. You’ll work with a variety of precision measuring tools and play a key part in maintaining high-quality output. Key Responsibilities Inspect parts and assemblies using micrometers, verniers, Faro arms and other precision equipment. Verify machine tool set-ups through component inspection. Conduct batch sampling inspections in line with requirements. Carry out formal First Article Inspections (FAI). Perform component and assembly testing according to Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP). Complete relevant non‑conformance documentation where required. Support inspection activities at additional company sites as needed. Complete or authorise formal release certifications. Manufacturing Operator Location: St. Albans, Hertfordshire Shift: Monday to Friday Days (with flexible night shifts) We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Operator to join our team. This role involves setting up and operating manufacturing equipment within a regulated, environmentally controlled environment. The successful candidate will ensure that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards in compliance with cGMP, health and safety, and company procedures, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Day-to-day of the role: Operate within strictly environmentally controlled areas, maintaining high standards of hygiene and strict adherence to cGMP, health and safety requirements, and associated documentation. Set up and operate automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment in compliance with approved procedures and agreed production programmes.
