Executive Personal Assistant

Location: Leeds 27
Contract: Fixed-Term Contract (Approx. 12 Months)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Reed Business Support are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to join an established organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, proactive and professional individual to provide confidential and comprehensive support to a Senior Leadership Team. Working at the heart of the business, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of executive activities, meetings and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings
  • Handling confidential correspondence and sensitive information with discretion
  • Organising and supporting Board, Executive and Senior Leadership Team meetings
  • Preparing meeting packs, agendas, minutes and action trackers
  • Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Organising internal events, leadership meetings and business updates
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Monitoring actions and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Providing proactive administrative and executive support to senior stakeholders

About You

The successful candidate will have previous experience providing high-level Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant support within a fast-paced environment.

You will demonstrate:

  • Proven Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or senior administrative experience
  • Experience handling highly confidential information
  • Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • The confidence to work independently and exercise sound judgement
