We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support multiple senior stakeholders in our fast-paced business environment. This role is ideal for someone skilled in managing complex diaries, coordinating priorities, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be experienced in payroll preparation, HR administration, and cross-functional coordination, with a strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency.
Day-to-day of the role:
Provide dedicated support to 3 Directors, managing complex diaries and ensuring effective prioritisation of meetings and business commitments.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and logistics to improve time efficiency and reduce scheduling conflicts.
Manage payroll preparation, collating and checking data for accuracy prior to submission, supporting smooth and timely payroll processing.
Deliver comprehensive HR administrative support, including onboarding documentation, maintaining employee records, and assisting with recruitment coordination.
Act as a central point of contact between leadership and internal teams, improving communication flow across departments.
Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive financial and employee information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, particularly in supporting senior-level executives.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
Proficiency in office management systems and procedures.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Experience in payroll and HR administration.
