Location: Gloucester and Home Based Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts between 08:00–20:00 - 35 hours per week
Week 1- 08:00-16:00 Office Based
Week 2 - 12:00- 20:00 Home based + Sat 9-5 from home (day off in the week)
Week 3 - 08:00-16:00 Office Based
Week 4 - 12:00- 20:00 Home based + Sun 9-5 from home (day off in the week)
Purpose of the Role
Deliver exceptional customer service helping my client achieve its mission to earn customer loyalty and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, and letters.
Update CRM systems with account changes and notes.
Triage faults and schedule engineer visits.
Assist with billing, payments, and account queries.
Promote products and packages.
Meet SLAs and KPIs to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team morale.
