We are seeking a skilled Early Years Assessor to join our client's team. This role involves assessing T Level learners through a mix of work and college-based assessments. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in early years assessment and must hold an AM1 Assessing qualification.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Conduct assessments for T Level learners in both work and college settings.
- Ensure assessments are carried out in line with current educational standards and practices.
- Provide detailed feedback to learners to aid their development and understanding.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments and learner progress.
- Collaborate with other educational staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience for all students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Early Years Assessor.
- Must hold an AM1 Assessing qualification.
- Strong understanding of the current educational assessment standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet assessment deadlines.
