I'm looking for an organised and detail-focused Administrator to support a key customer account and assist with wider customer service and admin duties. This is a fully onsite role and a 12-month maternity cover contract.
Key Responsibilities
Manage job rating, rate checks, invoicing, and credits
Resolve queries, review RCNs, and check charges
Maintain rate screens and oversee the shared mailbox
Support customer service admin (emails, bookings, call overs, data input)
Liaise with customers, internal teams, and IT support
Assist with general admin and provide holiday cover
About You
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Excel)
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Reliable, organised, and willing to learn new systems
Full driving licence required (office location requires own transport)
