What you’ll be doing:
Be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless journey from order to delivery
Accurately process and manage orders within the planning system
Coordinate delivery schedules, negotiating suitable times with customers
Resolve queries, complaints, and safety-critical issues quickly and professionally
Keep systems updated to support efficient planning and operations
Track KPIs, log additional costs, and support day-to-day admin functions
