Cover Supervisor – Join Our Team

Are you confident, reliable, and looking to make a real difference in a school environment?

We’re looking for a Cover Supervisor to support our school on a flexible or full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently manage a classroom.

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into classrooms to deliver pre-set work, maintain a positive learning atmosphere, and ensure students stay on task in the teacher’s absence. No teaching qualification is required—just strong communication skills, presence, and a proactive attitude.

What we’re looking for:

  • Confident individuals who can lead a classroom effectively
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage behaviour positively and professionally
  • Reliability and flexibility
  • Experience working with young people is a bonus (but not essential)

What we offer:

  • Flexible working to suit your availability
  • A great opportunity to gain classroom experience
  • Supportive school environments
  • Competitive daily rates
  • A potential stepping stone into teaching or education careers

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or anyone with experience in coaching, mentoring, or working with young people.

If you’re calm under pressure, adaptable, and ready to step into a rewarding role, we’d love to hear from you.
