Senior Property Litigation Solicitor (7+ PQE) Working pattern: Hybrid Reporting to: Director of Legal and Head of Litigation Overview: An experienced Property Litigation Solicitor is required to provide high-level legal support, with a focus on dispute resolution, litigation, and risk mitigation. The role requires strong expertise in landlord and tenant matters and a working knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022.
