About the Role

We are recruiting for a TikTok Content Creator Lead to take ownership of content strategy and delivery across one of the world's fastest-growing social media platforms. This role is ideal for an experienced content creator or social media specialist who understands what drives engagement and knows how to create content that resonates with audiences.

You will lead content planning, identify emerging trends, oversee content creation, and collaborate with wider marketing and communications teams to maximise brand awareness, reach, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute TikTok content strategies aligned with business objectives and audience interests
• Lead, mentor, and inspire content creators to produce engaging, high-quality video content
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and social media teams to ensure consistent messaging across campaigns
• Monitor trends, challenges, platform updates, and viral opportunities
• Manage and maintain content calendars, ensuring timely content delivery
• Analyse performance metrics and use insights to improve content performance
• Drive audience engagement through authentic community interaction
• Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and follower growth

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing TikTok or other short-form video social media platforms
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and audience engagement
• Experience creating and delivering successful content campaigns
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to analyse performance data and optimise content accordingly

Desirable Skills

• Experience leading or mentoring content creators
• Video editing and content production experience
• Experience working with influencers or brand partnerships
• Knowledge of wider social media and digital marketing channels
