Join a leading logistics and fulfilment partner in Basingstoke as a Client Services Advisor. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will act as the key link between our clients and internal departments, ensuring high levels of service, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
Day-to-day of the role:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing communication via email, phone, and operational systems.
Build strong and professional client relationships, resolving service issues and escalating operational concerns where required.
Provide proactive updates to clients regarding orders, production, and fulfilment activity.
Coordinate onboarding of new clients from sales handover through to go-live.
Configure and maintain accurate client information within operational systems.
Raise and manage works orders, fulfilment requests, and operational activities.
Work closely with Warehouse, Production, and Transport teams to ensure smooth operational delivery.
Monitor stock movements, order progress, and operational timelines, escalating operational risks, delays, or stock concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and rate cards, supporting billing accuracy and resolution of invoice queries.
Maintain operational trackers and client reporting, supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the Service Delivery function.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience within Client Services, Customer Service, Account Management, or Operational Support role.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
High attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced operational environment.
Strong problem-solving and coordination capability.
Experience within fulfilment, logistics, warehousing, co-packing, or manufacturing environments is desirable.
Experience using operational systems like Mintsoft, Nulogy, or similar is advantageous.
