We are seeking a passionate and driven Chef de Partie to join the award-winning kitchen of a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel, operating at an exceptional 3 Rosette standard. This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside some of the finest culinary talent in the industry, within a highly professional and creative environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Running your assigned section with precision and consistency
Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to 3 Rosette standards
Supporting senior chefs in menu development and seasonal updates
Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness
Assisting in training and mentoring junior team members
Contributing to a positive, professional, and high-performing kitchen culture
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi CDP in a high-end or Rosette/Michelin environment
Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for fine dining
Strong knowledge of classical and modern cooking techniques
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen
A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering excellence
Relevant culinary qualifications preferred
