A fantastic opportunity for Solicitors with employment litigation experience who are looking to thrive in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
Handle a diverse caseload involving all aspects of employment law, predominantly focused on litigation and some advisory work for both employees and employers.
Provide legal advice on unfair dismissal claims, discrimination, and whistleblowing.
Draft and advise on employee handbooks and employment contracts.
Engage in advocacy where appropriate.
Work closely with the team to provide HR advisory services, guiding businesses through complex employment law requirements.
Gain hands-on experience across a broad range of claims and defenses, becoming an expert in employment law, negotiation, and settlement tactics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven employment litigation experience.
Excellent knowledge of employment law and procedures.
Ability to independently manage a caseload.
Exceptional client care skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
