The Opportunity

The Role

You will work across a broad range of commercial building surveying instructions, supporting both project and professional workstreams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contract administration on commercial projects
  • Technical Due Diligence (TDD)
  • Dilapidations (landlord & tenant matters)
  • Building pathology and defect analysis
  • General professional Building Surveying services 

You will work with a variety of clients across the commercial property sector, helping deliver high-quality advice and building long-term relationships.

 

About You

We are looking for a commercially minded Building Surveyor who is ready to step into an Associate-level position or already operating at this level.

You will typically have:

  • Degree in Building Surveying and MRICS qualified (essential) 
  • Strong experience within a commercial consultancy environment
  • Experience across professional and/or project-led Building Surveying work
  • Good understanding of building contracts in a commercial context
  • Ability to manage workload and deliver to fee targets
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in developing client relationships
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills

You will be confident working both independently and as part of a wider team.
