Assistant Supply Chain Manager with Demand Planning
Location: Office-Based (5 Days Per Week, no hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Supply Chain Manager to join a growing business within the food sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a supply chain professional with a strong background in food manufacturing, FMCG or food distribution and proven expertise in Demand Planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management of end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to optimise stock levels and service performance.
- Work closely with Sales, Procurement, Operations and Logistics teams to align supply with customer demand.
- Monitor inventory levels, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Analyse supply chain data and present actionable insights to improve forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain function.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a food supply chain environment is essential.
- Strong Demand Planning and forecasting experience.- Essential
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good Excel.- Essential
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
