About the Role
We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join a busy and growing business on a part-time, permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior experience in accounts or finance administration who enjoys working in a structured, fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and organisation.
Working Hours
3 days, 1 to be Friday
8.30am - 4.30am (30mins lunch)
Key Responsibilities
Processing bank receipts and raising certified invoices
Preparing and issuing applications and invoices
Investigating invoice queries and raising credit notes
Proactively contacting customers to secure payment of overdue invoices
Issuing customer statements
Managing emails and post
Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative duties
About You
Previous experience in accounts, bookkeeping, or finance administration
Confident using Sage 50 Accounts
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Professional and confident telephone manner
