Day-to-day of the role:
Manage and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and empathetic support and guidance.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the crime support sector.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role, preferably in a support or service delivery environment.
Strong understanding of the challenges faced by individuals affected by crime and the support services available.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and empathise with a diverse range of individuals.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
