Marissa Bryan

Marissa is Reed Learning’s Chief Operating Officer, overseeing day to day operational functions whilst supporting the Managing Director in implementing strategy. Marissa’s experience stems from over 20 year’s working in senior management roles within the private and public sector. Marissa’s career began as a graduate trainee in retail, before progressing into senior management roles prior to a move into education and training.

She was previously Head of Delivery at Reed Learning utilising over 15 years’ experience in managing, designing, and supporting the delivery of CIPD and professional qualifications from foundation to master’s level programmes. She was integral to launching the apprenticeship provision in 2018 overseeing the design and implementation of bespoke programmes for clients. As a Chartered Member of the CIPD, and, as a qualified teacher, Marissa continues to support a small number of candidates alongside her role as COO so that she can share her extensive experience in the people profession with others.
