Working Pattern

  • Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotating shifts: 6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm

The Role

As Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations, leading a high-performing team to deliver outstanding service and operational excellence.

You will:

  • Lead and supervise warehouse teams to ensure accurate picking, packing and dispatch
  • Drive performance against KPIs, budgets and service levels
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety and operational standards
  • Motivate, coach and develop your team to achieve their best
  • Manage performance, absence, and employee relations matters
  • Monitor stock handling, quality control and hygiene standards
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the operation
  • Plan and manage resources effectively, including peak periods
  • Produce accurate reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders

  • Proven experience in warehouse operational management or supervision
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and inspire a team
  • Experience managing performance, disciplinaries and investigations
  • A hands-on, proactive approach with strong decision-making skills
  • Good IT skills and confidence using warehouse systems
  • Strong numeracy and methodical working style
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and procedures

Desirable:

  • Flexi and Counterbalance forklift licences
  • Experience operating MHE equipment
