We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative with a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence to join a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment within the food production industry. This role involves safely moving goods, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring high standards of efficiency, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
  • Loading and unloading deliveries and shipments
  • Transporting goods within the warehouse and production areas
  • Supporting goods-in and goods-out processes
  • Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
  • Ensuring stock is stored accurately and securely
  • Carrying out routine forklift and equipment safety checks
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
  • Assisting with stock takes and inventory control
  • Following all health & safety and food hygiene regulations

Desirable

  • Experience within food manufacturing or FMCG environment

Reed are currently seeking a skilled Inspector to join our Clients team. In this role, you will verify the conformity of component parts and assemblies, ensuring that all products meet the required standards and specifications. You’ll work with a variety of precision measuring tools and play a key part in maintaining high-quality output. Key Responsibilities Inspect parts and assemblies using micrometers, verniers, Faro arms and other precision equipment. Verify machine tool set-ups through component inspection. Conduct batch sampling inspections in line with requirements. Carry out formal First Article Inspections (FAI). Perform component and assembly testing according to Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP).
