Transport Administrator (Temp – Potential to Go Permanent)

Location: Felixstowe
Monday – Friday (Full-Time)
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)

We are currently recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join a fast-growing logistics business on a temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company early in its growth journey and play a key role in its continued success.

The Opportunity

You will support the transport team with the smooth running of daily operations, helping to coordinate deliveries and maintain accurate systems and processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow their career within logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the transport team with day-to-day administrative duties
  • Planning and coordinating deliveries and collections
  • Liaising with drivers, customers, and internal teams
  • Maintaining and updating transport systems and records
  • Resolving queries efficiently and professionally
  • Ensuring compliance with transport procedures and regulations

About You

  • Previous transport administration experience is preferred
  • Candidates with logistics or supply chain experience will also be considered
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
