The Opportunity Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Factory Trainer to join a dynamic and supportive Training Department. This role is pivotal in shaping the skills, knowledge, and performance of colleagues across the business. You’ll play a key role in delivering engaging training, championing best practice, and driving continuous improvement across quality, safety, and operational standards. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with Quality and Health & Safety standards, delivering training to all colleagues Design and deliver engaging, effective, and technically sound training programmes Champion a strong learning culture through professionalism, energy, and expertise Review and enhance existing training materials to create a more interactive and impactful experience Evaluate current training practices and develop more efficient and effective approaches Support the development of new training programmes aligned to business needs Deliver company inductions in partnership with HR, ensuring consistency across departments Identify training gaps across operational and soft skills Support the ongoing achievement of best practice standards Train colleagues on work instructions and raise awareness of risk and safety procedures Maintain accurate training records and documentation What We’re Looking For Essential: Experience within a manufacturing or production environment, particularly high-risk settings Desirable: Health & Safety or compliance-related qualification Train the Trainer or similar training qualification Previous experience in a training role About You Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about developing others A natural motivator who can inspire individuals and teams Strong attention to detail with a drive for continuous improvement Why Join?
