Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Flexi hours between 6:30 to 20:00 Monday to Friday and 08:00 to 14:00 on Saturdays

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Act as the customer’s champion, handling meter reading queries, planned readings, and boundary box meter exchanges within service levels to maintain quality and customer satisfaction.
Complete meter reading operations accurately, maintain records, and ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
Conduct non-routine reading and income-related operations such as flow tests, lid replacements, void inspections, and address confirmations.
Perform meter exchange operations efficiently, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, providing excellent service to both internal and external customers.
Identify and report maintenance needs, meter exchanges, and potential leaks, liaising with customers as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proximity to Dereham and surrounding villages (within 30 minutes ideally).
Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanour.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, walking 3 to 8 miles per day.
Proficiency with handheld computers for work tasks.
Flexibility to work early mornings and late evenings.
