The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
Assist in the delivery of tailored learning plans
Support children with social, emotional, and behavioural needs
Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to monitor progress
Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
Has proven experience working with children with SEN, ideally in a similar setting
Demonstrates patience, empathy, and resilience
Is confident supporting children with additional behavioural or communication needs
Works well as part of a team and can use initiative
Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
