Our client is a brilliant professional services business based in London, this business has been through significant growth over the last 3 years. Due to this growth they are looking to recruit a Talent Manager to join their team reporting to the Head of HR, paying up to £70,000 in a standalone role.
The Talent Manager will work closely with the Head of HR and be responsible for the Recruitment of Business Services, Fee earning and Partner staff and also the Benefits and Compensation across the company. You will be supporting the businesses growth and hiring plans set by the HR team and partners and be responsible for all Recruitment reporting on live roles. A key role to the business to allow them to secure top available talent in the market.
Job responsibilities:
Manage all vacancies from the approval stage through to offer across Business Services and Experienced Hires
Work closely with the HR team after offer acceptance ensuring all onboarding checks and paperwork is completed to ensure a smooth new employee experience
Use a range of recruitment tools and sourcing websites such a LinkedIn to identify and attract candidates for live roles
Work closely with the Senior HR Manager to identify needs in the business to recruit for
Talent pipelining for future needs and identify potential top talent and engage with them for future opportunities within the business
Maintain the Company Recruitment and LinkedIn Recruitment web pages
Manage relationships with hiring managers, the wider HR team, candidates, advertising platforms and external recruitment agencies
Work closely with the hiring managers on open vacancies to identify if the role needs to be supported via external agencies on the PSL
Lead on Talent Acquisition market trends and provide support for the EVP to attract top talent
Conduct telephone pre screening interviews for candidates to ensure suitability and sell the features and benefits of working for the business
Management of any offer negotiation to a successful outcome
Keep up to date with the Live vacancy tracker on days open, applications and interviews and do a weekly report to the Senior HR Manager
Work closely with Hiring managers to ensure speed to feedback, offer or interview to maintain the external image is a positive one
Support the business with the implementation of greenhouse ATS
Work closely with the Head of HR on all Reward and Compensation admin and renewal cycles
Skills and experience needed
Strong experience in Talent Acquisition ideally within a Professional Services, FS or Legal firm and ideally exposure to a Partnership model
Experience in Sourcing staff members across Business Services and Experienced Hires up to a Senior Level
A proven background in managing external relationships, IE Recruitment Agencies
Strong Stakeholder management skills
Can pre interview candidates and demonstrate selling company benefits
Ability to sit in on interviews and record interview notes
Be able to report to the Head of HR on all Recruitment Metrics
Maybe has experience in offer negotiation
Ideally has done some Benefits and Compensation administration
