We are seeking a Social Content Creator who is adept at creating mobile-first, short-form video content. This role is hands-on and creative, focusing on filming, editing, posting, and community interaction for our diverse e-commerce brands. Day-to-day of the role:
Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos tailored for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Film primarily on mobile devices and edit using advanced mobile editing tools like CapCut Pro.
Lead and participate in weekly content creation days, capturing a variety of media including behind-the-scenes and trend-based content.
Manage social media posting schedules and maintain a clear, organised content calendar.
Engage actively with the online community, responding to comments and messages in a brand-appropriate voice.
Support influencer marketing efforts by identifying and engaging with suitable micro-influencers and creators.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1–2+ years of experience in social content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in video content.
Proficiency in using mobile editing software like CapCut Pro and native in-app editing tools.
Deep understanding of social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and their respective content strategies.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple brand styles and tones without losing consistency.
Must be UK-based and able to attend weekly in-office days in Strood, Rochester.
