A great opportunity has arisen for a technical minded site engineer to join a leading company in the power distribution sector Job Description: Based on site with some occasional in-house pre fitting and assembly of various types of distribution and power transformers and associated packages. You will prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, preassembly images & parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools and materials. You will assemble components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies. You will be required to travel to third party sites both in the UK and Europe to build up the equipment and test. You will ensure that all equipment is assembled and tested to the highest standard.
