Water Delivery Coordinator 

  • Hourly Rate: £13.80
  • Location: Huntingdon
  • Job Type: Temporary initially - 12 weeks
  • Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, shift pattern between 07:00 - 19:00, Monday to Friday, and occasional Saturday on-call hours

Reed Business Support are representing a leading UK-based utilities and environmental services organisation in Huntingdon as a Water Delivery Coordinator. This role is crucial for maintaining strong relationships and efficient service delivery for the SZC project. You will act as the primary contact for key stakeholders including clients, site operations, and contractors.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for the SZC project's key stakeholders.
  • Respond to stakeholder communications within agreed service levels, providing clear and timely updates.
  • Coordinate resources and schedules to meet client requirements and delivery targets.
  • Maintain accurate records for operational tracking, financial monitoring, and compliance.
  • Support the Water Delivery Lead in operational and financial processes to ensure service efficiency and resilience.
  • Participate in regular virtual and face-to-face meetings and conduct site visits as required.
  • Identify and troubleshoot operational issues, escalating them to ensure timely resolution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and supporting initiatives.
