We’re recruiting a Service Delivery Coordinator to join a busy service team, supporting customers and ensuring queries are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Location: Bristol Contract: Temp ongoing Hours: Full time 8.30-5.00 (1 day hybrid) Salary: £13.20 per hour
Key Duties
Manage and resolve helpdesk queries
Investigate issues and maintain accurate records
Input and manage data on internal systems
Support admin, reporting, and month-end processes
Provide excellent service via phone and email
About You
Strong customer service skills
Highly organised with great attention to detail
Confident communicator
Good IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) [Service De...-Ordinator | Word]
Previous admin or customer service experience preferred
