We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Senior Sales Manager (field sales) in the home improvement sector! This field-based role is ideal for a dynamic sales professional who excels in driving growth and building strong, productive relationships with Trade Partners across the Southeast region.
Day-to-day of the role:
Develop and manage a portfolio of Trade Partners, re-engaging inactive partners and converting them into active, long-term collaborators.
Conduct face-to-face sales meetings to identify opportunities, plan projects, and drive commercial outcomes.
Create and implement account plans for key partners, aimed at sustainable growth and repeat business.
Provide high-level technical and commercial guidance to enable Trade Partners to quote and operate independently.
Maintain a strong regional presence, ensuring visibility in the market and up-to-date CRM records of activities, opportunities, and partner statuses.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in a senior sales or field-based account management role within the home improvement or related sector.
Demonstrated ability to reactivate or grow existing customer accounts.
Strong commercial acumen and technical understanding of system-based products.
Autonomous working style with a strong accountability for results.
Proficient in CRM systems and committed to disciplined reporting.
