About the Role
An established, independent financial planning firm is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Paraplanner to join its growing technical team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong paraplanner who wants to play a more influential role — whether that’s mentoring junior team members, shaping processes, or progressing towards an advisory position in the future.
You’ll be working with high-quality clients on a holistic planning basis, supporting advisers with complex cases across pensions, investments and protection.
Key Responsibilities
Writing high-quality suitability reports and financial planning documentation
Producing and maintaining detailed cashflow models
Supporting advisers with technical research and case preparation
Providing responses to complex client and adviser queries
Assisting with ongoing portfolio reviews and planning strategies
Supporting and mentoring junior paraplanners and team members
Contributing to improvements in templates, processes and technical standards
Keeping up to date with industry and regulatory changes
About You
Minimum 3 years’ paraplanning experience within a financial planning firm
Confident using Excel and financial planning tools
A proactive and collaborative approach
