I'm looking for an experienced Senior ER Policy Manager to join a growing Employee Relations & Policy Centre of Excellence.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of global HR policy and governance, driving best practice across multiple regions while influencing culture, strategy, and employee experience at scale.

What you’ll be doing
Leading the development and evolution of global HR policies and governance
Ensuring policies are commercial, compliant, and aligned to business strategy
Partnering across HR and the wider business to deliver a consistent employee experience
Driving ER & Policy initiatives that support organisational and cultural change
Overseeing policy communication and implementation strategies
Managing and developing a high-performing policy team
Using insights and trends to proactively improve ER outcomes
What we’re looking for
Strong experience in global HR policy and governance
Proven ability to lead complex ER or HR projects
Excellent stakeholder management with the confidence to influence at senior level
A strong people leader with a passion for developing teams
The ability to translate complexity into clear, practical guidance
Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

📍 Location: Bristol (hybrid working)
✈️ Travel: Occasional travel across offices
💰 Salary: £80,000 – £85,000
