We are seeking a highly organised and dedicated Business Support Officer to provide high-level administrative support to an Assistant Service Manager. This role is crucial for managing recording responsibilities and requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. This position is funded by Access to Work.
Day-to-day of the role:
Manage and organise the inbox and outlook diary appointments, including arranging meetings and organising worker supervisions.
Upload work onto social care software and support with recording on the same.
Provide efficient and effective business process and document production, which may include complex minute taking, room bookings, scanning, and uploading documents.
Offer customer services support to both internal and external customers.
Type up case supervisions and personal supervisions.
Retrieve and input information from case management systems, SharePoint, HR systems, and Excel spreadsheets.
Assist with planning meetings, case supervisions, personal supervisions, and manager’s meetings.
Support with SharePoint and Learning Link (LL) uploads and navigation.
Handle performance data collection, overview of calendar for scheduling without clashes, and manage room and travel bookings.
Process new starters and leavers and handle IT requests.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths, or equivalent qualifications.
Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
Proficient in using IT systems such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience working in a busy office environment with a good understanding of office processes and procedures.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Flexible in terms of work area and location, able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
