SEN Teaching Assistant

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Assist in the implementation of personalised learning programmes designed to cater to individual student needs.

  • Provide crucial emotional regulation and behavioural support, helping students to manage challenges and succeed in their educational journey.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in care, support work, or SEN education, demonstrating a strong ability to work with children with complex needs.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a positive attitude, essential for managing challenging situations.
  • Proven capability to build strong, trusting relationships with students, which is key to their progress and development.
  • Team player with a proactive mindset, ready to collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance student support.
